NOTE: SDE/SA cabling assumes the use of 2 Channel Detectors, some 4 Channel

Detectors can be used for SDE/SA. See Manufacturer’s information.

NB: The following tables for distances assume the use of 1mm

cable with the detector

current specified. Use of larger cable will increase the length of run possible as will use

of detectors with a lower operating current. Recalculate any values as required on a

pro-rata basis.

Max permissible volt drop (24V supply) = 3.36V.
