current sensors should then be anchored by passing a TYWRAP or equivalent through
the sensor hole and around a suitable fixing point.
Up to 23 current transformers can be used per Outstation when equipped with LMU
facilities. However, it is recommended that one current transformer is assigned to
monitor one complete controller phase (including wait indicators of pedestrian phases),
i.e. one sensor per phase.
Voltage monitoring transformer
A Voltage monitoring transformer (part number 667/7/25172/000) is used per
Outstation when equipped with LMU facilities. The red and black wires connect to the
lamp supply mains live and neutral being monitored (Red to Live and Black to
Neutral). The orange and white output wires connect to PLB. Referring to Figure
25.2, the orange wire connects to pin 47 (i.e. pin 49 on the Berg mini latch) and the
white wire connects to pin 48 (i.e. pin 50 on the Berg mini latch).
The transformer should then be anchored to a suitable point in the cabinet.
Voltage Sensors
Voltage sense transformers (667/1/22734/000) are not required with the Integral
Ancillary Processor PCB. All the information on which colours are being driven is
obtained from the ‘aspect drive’ information passed from the T400 Main Processor
over the extended system bus.
