6412 TO unit %1 tool %2 has reached its monitoring limit with D = %4
Parameters: %1 = TO unit
%2 = Tool identifier (name)
%3 = Duplo number
%4 = D number
Definitions: Tool monitoring:
This message informs that the specified D offset has reached its monitoring limit for a time- or quantity-
monitored tool.
If possible, the D number is displayed; if not, value 0 is assigned to the 4th parameter.
The actual type of tool monitoring is a tool property (see $TC TP9).
If replacement tools are not being used, the duplo number specified has no meaning.
The alarm is triggered through the MMC or PLC (=OPI interface). The channel context is not defined.
The TO unit is specified for this reason.
Reaction: Interface signals are set.
Alarm display.
Remedy: For information only. The user must decide what to do.
