13.2.3 User account locking
NOTE:
After a password is enter incorrectly three times, the user account affected will be blocked. To unlock:

Prerequisites
z The SISTORE MX NVS software has been started.
See Section "

z The SISTORE MX NVS software is in configuration mode.

z You have the right "user management".
1. Select the User management tab.
2. Select the user account you want to lock from the user account list (

3. Click Lock (

4. Click Apply.
Î The setting will be saved. The user account is locked.
13.2.4 Unlocking a user account
You can unlock a user account manually or automatically.

z The SISTORE MX NVS software has been started.

z You have the right "user management".
1. Select the User management tab.
2. Select the user account you want to unlock from the user account list.
3. Click the Unlock button (

4. Click Apply.
