13.4.2 Compressing logbook entries daily
Prerequisites:
z The SISTORE MX NVS application software has been started.
See Section "
1221HStarting SISTORE MX NVS and logging in“, page 1222H17.
z The SISTORE MX NVS application software is in configuration mode. See
405HSection "1223HOpening configuration mode", page 1224H18.

1. Select the
Database tab.
2. Set the time at which the daily compression shall take place in the
Database
reorganization
group field.
3. Click
Apply.
Î The settings will be saved.

1. Select the Database tab.
2. Mark the checkbox Delete logbook entries.
3. Enter a value in the day(s) text field.
4. Click Apply.
Î The setting will be saved.
Note
These old logbook entries will be deleted when the next daily compression takes place (see Section
1229H13.4.2: 1230HCompressing logbook entries daily).
