WORKING AREALIM

(Working area limitation)

The minimum and maximum working area limits of

the defined axes appear in the display. You can

modify the values displayed.

ZERO OFFSET

The settable zero offsets are input as setting data.

Programmable and external zero offsets are displayed

on the screen.

After "DATA OUT" or "DATA IMPORT" you can

select input or output of zero offsets with "ZERO

OFFSET".

ZO AUTOM

(Automatic zero offset)

By traversing to the desired reference plane, the zero

offset can be measured and stored.
