6 Set PG/PC interface

Open the SIMATIC Manager and set the PG/PC interface. To do this, press

the button "Options -> Set PG/PC Interface…" in the SIMATIC Manager

menu.

From the list, select the PROFIBUS interface and acknowledge your

selection with "OK".

Acknowledge the alarm "The following access path(s) was (were)

changed: S7ONLINE (STEP 7) => CP5611(PROFIBUS)" with "OK".

This means that the PROFIBUS interface of your PG/PC can be accessed

from STEP 7.
