Digit key

¤ Briefly press the digit key.

Changing the display language

You can view the display texts in different

languages.

Setting the display

Setting the screensaver

In idle status the clock can be displayed as

a screensaver. This will replace the idle sta-

tus display. It may conceal the calendar,

date, time and name.

The screensaver is not displayed in certain

situations, e.g. during a call or if the hand-

set is deregistered.

If a screensaver is activated, the Screen-

saver menu option is marked with μ.

active screensaver is dis-

When the screensaver conceals the dis-

play, briefly press a to show the idle

display.

Setting the display backlight

Depending on whether or not the handset

is in the charging cradle, you can activate

or deactivate the backlight. If it is acti-

vated, the display is permanently

dimmed.

Activating/deactivating auto

answer

If you activate this function, when you

receive a call you can simply lift the hand-

set out of the charging cradle without hav-

ing to press the talk key c.

Please note

With the On setting, the standby time

of the handset can be significantly

reduced.
